Describe your piece: The process starts with you telling us how you want your design to look by providing photos that inspired you and description.

Price it: Complimentary 3D CAD model of design and price will be provided to you, so that you can see exactly how it will look before it’s even produced. 

Design approval and payment: Once design is approved, you will complete the order agreement and make the payment.

Delivery: We craft exclusive pieces of art tailored specifically for you and deliver them right to your doorstep

The cost is influenced by the intricacy of the jewelry design, along with the variety and quantity of gemstones incorporated, and the kind and mass of the metals utilized 

Full payment will be required prior to final production. We offer a complimentary 3D CAD model, including size, color, and materials used, for your review before proceeding with the final production process.

All transactions are processed automatically and securely and are available on a 24/7 basis

We usually use UPS express service. You will receive a notification together with a tracking number that lets you follow the shipping route and progress of the shipment. All delivery requires adult signature

 After your custom jewelry piece is approved by you, refunds are not available, as the design is exclusively crafted for you and cannot be restocked or sold to others. Prior to production, we provide the opportunity for you to review your jewelry design, size, and materials through a 3D CAD model, ensuring no surprises upon completion. We are confident that the final piece will meet your expectations.
